Recipe for Rabbit Scaloppini

 

Ingredients
 
One rabbit
Bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
Milk
Egg
Butter
Lemon
Salt and pepper

 
Add breadcrumbs, Italian season, salt. and pepper together. De-bone the rabbit.  Pound the rabbit pieces until they are paper thin.  Dredge in egg, milk and then the bread crumb mixture. Fry in butter until browned and serve with squeezed lemon.
